Managing Principal
Michael Glatt is the Managing Principal at Macro Consultants. Under his guidance, Macro’s experienced project managers have earned their reputations for steely resolve in completing even the most challenging projects – within budget and scheduling constraints. From small renovations to large, complex capital projects, Michael and the entire Macro team are known for their hands-on and practical involvement.
In his leadership role, Michael has driven the firm through tremendous growth and expansion, opening offices in Manhattan and Philadelphia. With his assumption of the role of Managing Principal in late 2009, the firm moved in to new headquarters in midtown Manhattan.
Since Michael joined Macro, the firm has expanded its portfolio of services beyond Owner’s Representation to include the management of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment; Technology; Post-Tenant Improvement; Relocation and Decommissioning; and Fixed Asset Management.
Regardless of the project size or scope of work, Michael and his team remain intently focused on the client’s needs. He works with the client’s senior executive team, identifying priorities and crafting strategy to deliver a project’s success.
Michael has 30 years of professional background in the industry, with extensive experience in managing projects involving construction, furniture, millwork, lease management and fixed asset management. Michael has earned a reputation for his tireless work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to satisfy his clientele, their projects and their needs. His clients leverage and benefit from his expertise in both the creative and technical aspects of a project. Michael is well known for his ability to solve problems and his tenacity to meet performance commitments - no matter how daunting.
