MOVE-IN AND
PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

• Prepare and issue Moving vendor proposal

• Make recommendations for off-site storage

• Review and analyze Moving vendor bids

• Assist in the selection of Moving vendors and installers

• Oversee the management of testing, startup and turnover of systems and equipment

• Oversee construction contract closeout

• Administrate project punch-list

• Negotiate final change orders

• Manage process of final payments, collect all waivers, releases of liens, and certificates

• Coordinate Operations and Maintenance training and manuals

• Coordinate submission of as-built drawings
