We work closely with the institution’s executive staff, committees and Board of Directors, addressing forward planning issues and strategies. We:

Evaluate the financial feasibility and economic cost alternatives of the project;
Address project program, functionality issues and design alternatives;
Develop the project budget to facilitate fund raising initiatives;
Organize and hire the project team;
Plan, schedule, administer and execute the project requirements.

Our philosophy is to act in the client’s best interest in all instances, in every phase of the project. Our management effort is truly collaborative and our approach is holistic, taking into account not only budgets and scheduling, but working environment, public safety, security, integration of existing systems, life cycle costs, building maintenance and the ongoing use of the facilities.
