DAVID SINGER
Director, Client Services

David Singer is Director, Client Services at Macro Consultants, where he serves as senior project executive on all Fixed Asset and Space Management engagements. In this role, David oversees the development and management of programs that provide the necessary data, protocols and processes allowing clients to account for their fixed assets.

David draws on his 25 years of legal, operational, and client service experience to deliver the highest value possible to all Macro clients. David oversees a wide range of project activities including various aspects of the RFP and financial agreement process, as well as lease negotiations and administration.

David began his career as an attorney at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, where he concentrated his practice on mergers and acquisitions. He subsequently managed his own general practice, with a particular focus on corporate real estate and the legal needs of several multi-national corporations. On several occasions, David was tapped by clients to take on a leadership role in operations and finance, to help facilitate their growth, in some cases through acquisition. David has served as COO of several emerging enterprises – experiences that greatly enhance his ability to advise Macro clients on operational matters and a wide range of other practical subjects.
